**ProArch** is looking for a skilled and highly motivated **Finance & Revenue Executive** to join our finance team. This role will involve managing various aspects of financial processing and revenue management to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual invoices for customers from Autotask to NetSuite.
- Review customer agreement contracts to ensure accuracy before raising invoices.
- Conduct reconciliations with vendor/distributor files to ensure accurate invoices are raised to customers.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to invoicing and payments.
- Prepare cash flows and month-end billing reports for management review.
- Reconcile vendor-related payments with customers and facilitate timely payments to vendors.
- Update internal data (NetSuite) with bank statements by processing receipt entries.
- Pass necessary TDS entries, ensuring alignment with 26AS and following up with customers on any discrepancies.
- Distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) reports to the sales team weekly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
