We are hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for the role of **Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)** at a reputed BPO in Kolkata.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls (Inbound/Outbound)
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
- Follow scripts, guidelines, and call handling procedures as required

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months after joining
- Shift timing: 9 hours per day (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
- Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy is mandatory

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English/Bengali (as per project requirement)
- Should be comfortable with voice-based customer service
- Age: 18 to 30 years
