**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Negotiable as per skills & experience)
**Timings**: 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM OR 10:45 AM - 8:00 PM

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist surgeons during hair transplant & cosmetic procedures
- Handle, place & count hair grafts with precision
- Maintain surgical consumables inventory
- Ensure sterilization protocols in the OT
- Prepare patients for procedures as per SOPs
- Maintain medical devices, instruments & OT records
- Support in laser hair reduction & cosmetology procedures
- Follow biomedical waste disposal protocols
- Coordinate training sessions & demos for visiting surgical teams

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Certificate in OT Assistance (Higher Secondary/Graduate background preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post diploma in OT assistance
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables
- Strong understanding of sterilization & OT protocols
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in cosmetology & hair transplant procedures
