**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **OT Technician** to join our surgical team. The technician will be responsible for assisting in the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre and supporting surgeons and nurses during surgeries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
- Sterilize surgical instruments, drapes, and equipment.
- Assist in positioning and draping patients for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are ready and functional.
- Handle surgical specimens and send them for analysis.
- Maintain cleanliness and aseptic environment in the OT.
- Help in shifting patients to and from the operating room.
- Maintain inventory of OT instruments and supplies.
- Monitor and assist in the usage of anesthesia equipment (if trained).
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth procedure flow.
- Follow all infection control protocols strictly.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Certification in OT Technology or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or surgical setup
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and surgical instruments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
