**Key Responsibilities**For Instructors:

- Teach various Western dance styles (e.g., Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-hop, Ballet, Ballroom, etc.) to individuals or groups across skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' abilities and learning goals.
- Choreograph routines for classes, performances, and competitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their technique and confidence.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
- Stay updated with current dance trends and incorporate them into teaching practices.

For Performers:

- Perform Western dance routines for live events, stage performances, or video productions.
- Collaborate with choreographers, directors, and fellow performers to create seamless routines.
- Maintain physical fitness and rehearse regularly to ensure peak performance.
- Represent the organization professionally at events, competitions, or shows.
- Contribute creative input for choreography and performance concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,376.96 per month
