Job Summary:
The Western Dance Master is responsible for teaching and choreographing various styles of Western dance, including but not limited to country, line dancing, and Western swing. This role involves developing dance curricula, conducting classes, and fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Instruction**:

- Teach Western dance styles in group and individual settings.
- Adapt lessons to accommodate varying skill levels and age groups.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence.
- **Choreography**:

- Create original dance routines for performances and competitions.
- Collaborate with other instructors and performers to develop engaging group routines.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement dance programs that promote physical fitness, creativity, and enjoyment.
- Stay current with trends in Western dance to keep curricula relevant and engaging.
- **Performance Preparation**:

- Organize and prepare students for recitals, competitions, and community events.
- Oversee rehearsals and ensure students are stage-ready.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities for dance programs.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community among students and their families.
- Participate in local events to promote the dance program and engage with the community.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
