WANTED:

- Minimun 2-3 years of experience in a food/edible oil processing laboratory.
- Strong understanding of **food safety and quality control** standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety regulations**.
- Monitor and analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Maintain lab equipment and prepare detailed test reports.
- Operate and maintain GLC equipment in accordance with company protocols and safety standards.
- Assist in R&D for product improvement and new formulations.
- Maintain detailed records of test results, including logs and reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of samples and reagents.
- Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Food Technology/ B.Sc in Chemistry/ B.Sc. in Food Science/ M.sc. in Chemistry.
- Experience operating GLC or similar analytical instruments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
