**JD OF Lab Chemist**

The job description of a Chemist is typically including the following responsibilities:
1. Laboratory Management: Managing the overall functioning of the laboratory, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining equipment and supplies, and coordinating with other departments or external entities as necessary.

3. Quality Control and Assurance: maintaining quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and validity of laboratory tests and results. This may involve in assisting in conducting regular audits or inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.

4. Equipment Management: maintenance, calibration, and performance of laboratory equipment, instruments, and apparatus. This includes scheduling routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and coordinating with vendors or service providers as needed.

5. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing laboratory supplies, reagents, chemicals, and consumables. This involves maintaining appropriate stock levels, initiating purchase orders, tracking inventories, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

6. Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping of laboratory procedures, test results, and research findings. This may include developing and maintaining electronic databases, organizing data files, and preparing reports or presentations for internal or external stakeholders.

7. Research and Development: Collaborating with scientists, researchers, or other professionals to support laboratory research projects or initiatives. This may involve conducting experiments, analyzing data, interpreting results, and contributing to the development of new methods, techniques, or technologies.

8. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and safety protocols within the laboratory. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends, attending continuing education programs, and implementing best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

9. Continuous Improvement: Help in Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the laboratory by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and staying abreast of emerging technologies or advancements in the field.

Overall, it plays a crucial role in the effective and efficient functioning of a laboratory, ensuring adherence to quality standards, promoting safety, and facilitating impactful research or testing activities.

**Qualification : M.SC ( Chemistry)**

**Experience : 4 to 5 years of experience**

**CTC : 5LPA**
