- Prepare a comprehensive summary including:
**2. Monthly Expense Invoice Submission.**

**3. Monthly Transaction/Order/Invoice Reconciliation**:

- Export sales and returns data from portal.
- Create a payment master from portal data and cross-check it with our records.
- Reconcile received returns with corresponding sales invoices to calculate net sales.
- Deduct agreed charges based on commercial terms to determine the expected payment.
- Compare the actual received payment with the expected amount.
- Identify and filter negative entries, investigate discrepancies.
- Raise issues with partner portals when discrepancies arise.
- Follow up on open issues until they are resolved.

**4. Vendor central (DF) invoice submission.**

**5. Stock Report maintain.**

**6. Daily order report maintain.**

**7. MIS Reports.**
- Total sales, returns
- Expenses (categorized by type), Payment details
