Job role and responsibilities:
Scheduling Visits:
Coordinate and schedule site visits based on requests from clients, stakeholders, or internal teams.
Communication:
Communicate with clients, project managers, or relevant personnel to understand the purpose and requirements of the site visit.
Logistics Planning:
Arrange and plan the logistics of the site visit, including transportation, accommodation (if necessary), and any required permits.
Site Preparation:
Collaborate with site personnel to ensure the site is prepared for the visit, meeting safety and regulatory standards.
Documentation:
Prepare necessary documentation and materials for the visit, including itineraries, safety guidelines, and any specific information relevant to the site.
Guidance:
Act as a guide during the site visit, providing information about the location, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors.
Safety Measures:
Implement and enforce safety measures during the visit, ensuring that visitors adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
