We are looking for a young and passionate person who has at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the social sector to co-ordinate with colleges in Hyderabad to engage their students in volunteering activities.

The tasks include:

- Visiting and interacting with colleges regularly
- Maintain the rapport with the colleges we are already working with
- Develop college level core teams
- Engage college students during their vacation
- Motivate college students to volunteer through Seva Fellowship
- Drive college specific programs/events
- Consolidate list of volunteering opportunities to engage college students meaningfully
- Reporting the status of volunteers’ engagement on monthly and quarterly basis
- Guide the training co-ordinator in training and developmental activities for the volunteers.
- Being in constant touch with existing volunteers

25yrs to 35yrs

Education

A degree in any field

Languages needed

English, Telugu and Hindi

Commitment

1 year

Work Timing

9am - 6pm,

Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Other requirements
- The person should be ready to travel as the work requires 70% field work.
