EXPERIENCE REQUISITE
- 3+ years of experience in the same field
- Background in performance & media houses
- eCommerce experience is a must
- Should’ve managed more than 30 lakhs budget on Google Adwords and more than 30 lakhs budget on Facebook; per month across clients
- Must have experience with media planning, and execution
- Must be adept with Google Ads editor, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn ads
- Must be able to present the reports and explain the insights
- Experience with Flipkart and Amazon Marketplace is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Technical)
- Ideating **media plans **as per the client’s goals
- Actively collaborate with respective internal teams for meeting the project & campaign requirements on a daily basis
- Define the **structure of the campaigns **along with **targeting details**:

- **Execute** the approved plan and structure
- Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation on a regular basis by generating **reports** for the performance
- Keep a tab on competitors. Track and conduct **competitor analysis** to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms
- **Optimise the campaigns** and achieve the committed targets
- Actively **conduct training sessions** for your reportees
- Keeping abreast with new trends in the digital industry. The internet is your Bible.

SKILLS REQUISITE (Generic)
- Professional-level proficiency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, and marketing campaigns
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
- Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
- Able to manage and accommodate the team members

QUALIFICATION REQUISITE
- Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
