The Marketing Associate is an enthusiastic & result-oriented individual with administrative duties in developing & implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness & adoption of the product.

**Location**:Remote

**Experience Range**: 0-1 Year

**Working days**: 5 Days a week

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing content - Ongoing updates & communication of value proposition on a marketing website, online directories, external marketing channels, etc
- Develop new & improve existing new user guides & documentation of the product features & capabilities
- Conduct training webinars for existing customers to increase customer adoption & retention
- MIS - pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance ion of the product features & capabilities.

**Qualification**:

- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization.
- Must have a portfolio to show.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
