- Shift Timings - 8:00 pm - 5:30 am**_
** Five Days Working - Monday to Friday**
** Week Off - Saturday & Sunday**

What specifically are we looking for?
- This individual will act as an escalation point for device support, deployment, management and implementation providing customer support for company employees' devices for both scheduled and unscheduled technical and service-related difficulties.
- Mobile and Portable Asset Management : Executes incoming requests for new equipment. Verifies needs, authorizations and initializes the procurement process.
- Responsible for working closely with a variety of organizations to troubleshoot and support all aspects to ensure continuous availability of devices.
- Monitor Tickets & Escalations from the users/IT support.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
