Chat Support Location : Chennai ABOUT THIS JOB: Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, provide product details, and guide them through the purchasing process. Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Assist in achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into sales and upselling additional products or services when appropriate. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and behavior. Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by assisting customers with issues related to website navigation, checkout, payment, etc. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on customer trends and feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions. Log and track customer interactions using CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up actions.
