- Maintain accurate records using MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.

- Excellent English communication and typing skills.
- Educational background in English medium schools and colleges (preferred).
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
