**Position**: QA Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Testing & Validation**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- **Process & Standards**:

- Ensure software meets defined quality standards before release.
- Work closely with development teams to review requirements and provide early feedback.
- Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain test documentation, user manuals, and release notes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of **software QA methodologies, tools, and processes**.
- Experience in **manual testing**.
- Familiarity with **bug tracking tools** like Trello.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, APIs**, and **databases** is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
