Tailor and Circus is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team, working with a young, talented and creative team of innovators and collaborators. The role will focus on engaging with our ever-growing community of customers, brand advocates and influencers.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with the internal teams concerning shipments, orders or other relevant queries pertaining to customer queries and support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating relevant customer support policies and procedures.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the internal stakeholders.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Knowledge and ability to manage CRM / CMS systems.
- Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation.
- Actively engage and participate in offline community events or meetings as appropriate and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Speaking and Writing in the English language at a native level is a must. Fluent conversational skills in Hindi is a must.
- Additional languages such as Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam will be a bonus.
- 1-2+ years of professional level customer support experience.
- Knowledge of Customer support software such as FreshDesk.
- Strong relationship building skills, verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
