Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs within the pharmaceutical sector.

Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our surgical equipment solutions to pharmaceutical companies.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to pharmaceutical decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
