**About SmartU**:
SmartU is an Agri-Tech startup with a mission to empower farmers through accessible and user-friendly tools and information to manage their farms. The SmartU WhatsApp bot is a platform that assists farmers in managing financial records, addressing crop health issues, and staying up to date on market prices for their produce. By providing this information in an accessible format, we aim to help farmers make informed decisions and ultimately improve their yields and profits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create awareness among farmers about the Services offered by SmartU
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage and educate farmers
- Work closely with farmers to assess their needs and challenges, providing valuable feedback to the organization for program improvement.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs
- Build a strong network of farmers, agricultural organizations, and local stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and farmers, ensuring clear and effective communication

**Required Qualifications**:

- Pursuing an MBA or equivalent education.
- Passion for technology in agriculture and a genuine interest in supporting farmers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to use digital tools and platforms for communication and data collection.
- Effective written and verbal communication in Marathi & English languages.
- Progeny of farmers family

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
