IT Recruiter

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter & Outreach Specialist who can identify top technical talent, conduct strategic outreach, and communicate effectively with candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with engineers, project managers, and technology leaders. Key Responsibilities - Source and recruit IT professionals across cloud, data, cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, and infrastructure roles. - Use , job boards, AI-driven recruiting tools, and internal databases to find qualified candidates. - Conduct outreach messages, cold emails, and screening calls. - Present candidates to clients with clear summaries and strong communication. - Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and hiring schedules. - Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing communication. Qualifications - Strong communication skills – written and verbal (must). - Experience in IT recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not required if highly motivated). - Ability to conduct structured outreach and follow a KPI-driven process. - Friendly, professional personality; able to represent the brand well. - Experience with Recruiter, Apollo.io, or CRMs is a plus. - Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through.
