Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Consultant to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HR systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support HCM modules according to business requirements.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective HCM solutions.
  • Perform system setup, customization, and configuration of HR processes.
  • Handle payroll, time management, recruitment, performance management, and other HCM functional areas.
  • Provide end-user training and prepare documentation (FSD, test cases, process documents).
  • Participate in UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations and enhancements.
  • Ensure system updates, patches, and releases are tested and deployed smoothly.
  • Support production issues and provide functional expertise to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as an HCM Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and workflows.
  • Experience in HCM configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Good understanding of integration points with other modules.
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with SAP HCM / Oracle HCM / Workday / SuccessFactors (depending on your need).
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Certification in HCM modules (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
