**Job Summary**:
Computronics Lab, a leading online electronics and robotics store, is looking for an enthusiastic **Telemarketer** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products (electronic kits, sensors, project components, and more), and encouraging them to purchase from our eCommerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided or sourced through various platforms
- Explain products, features, and benefits clearly and confidently
- Maintain records of calls and update CRM with responses
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding of basic electronics and DIY project kits (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently from a remote location
- Basic knowledge of using computer, phone dialer, and Google Sheets
- Motivated, polite, and persuasive
