**Job Description**:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be an integral part of the executive team, providing high-level administrative support to ensure the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of their role. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, communications, travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Ensure that the CEO's schedule is optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other logistics. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.

Meeting Support: Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings attended by the CEO. Attend meetings as requested, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.

Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents related to the CEO's work. Manage information flow within the executive team and with external stakeholders as needed.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, partners, and vendors. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various parties, representing the CEO's interests professionally and effectively.

Special Projects: Support the CEO in various special projects and initiatives, which may include research, analysis, and coordination with other team members or departments.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
