Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with senior leadership and external partners on behalf of the CEO.

- **Travel and Event Coordination**:
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries for business trips.
- Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences involving the CEO, both internally and externally.
- Ensure all travel documents are prepared and up-to-date.
- **Meeting and Agenda Preparation**:
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points and deliverables.
- Prepare reports and summaries of meetings, presentations, and discussions for the CEO.
- **Project Management**:
- Support the CEO with various ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for board meetings, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- **Confidentiality and Information Management**:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure proper filing, organization, and management of documents and records.
- Track and manage the CEO’s daily priorities and tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Ensure that the CEO’s office runs smoothly by managing supplies, office organization, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
