
Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
2) Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations (local and international).
3) Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
4) Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
5) Attend meetings alongside the executive and take detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
6) Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
7) Maintain records and documentation related to meetings, travels, and expenses.
8) Ensure all logistics and travel arrangements are seamless and cost-effective.
9) Accompany the executive during business trips, meetings, and events when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to MD/CEO.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and capable of handling sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.40 - ₹350,000.00 per year
