**Job Summary**:
As a sewing machine operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce garments, têxtiles, or other sewn products according to specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the production of high-quality goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Sewing Machines**: Set up and operate industrial sewing machines to perform sewing tasks such as joining, reinforcing, or decorating garments and other têxtile products.
- **Read and Interpret Work Orders**: Read work orders, production schedules, and instructions to determine the materials needed and sewing techniques required.
- **Select Materials**: Select appropriate fabrics, thread, needles, and other sewing materials according to specifications.
- **Perform Sewing Tasks**: Perform various sewing tasks including stitching seams, attaching buttons and zippers, hemming garments, and creating decorative stitching as per design requirements.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- **Inspect Finished Products**: Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- **Meet Production Deadlines**: Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Coordinate with supervisors, patternmakers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the production process.
- **Adhere to Safety Regulations**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sewing machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and understanding sewing techniques.
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics, threads, and sewing materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
