**Job Title**: Printing Machine Operator

**Location**: Nagpur

**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate various printing machines and equipment as per job requirements.
- Set up and adjust machines for different printing jobs, including color calibration, ink adjustments, and print quality checks.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and minor repairs, to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain records of production output, machine settings, and any maintenance activities performed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with different types of printing machines and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with printing equipment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
