**Your future tasks will be**
- Provide detailed, independent advice and guidance on a broad range of services across Employee Enablement area to peer group and customers. Main areas: learning, development, career pathways, skill planning and engagement initiatives.
- Participate in and co-ordinate projects relevant to Employee Enablement area.
- Advise and support the end-to-end management of career and development frameworks.
- Judge and assess situations in a measured way, provide support to our customers/stakeholders letting them feel that they can rely on the advice and solutions provided to them.
- Guide colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business.
- Establish productive relationships and network at an operational level to build and maintain a high level of service to internal customers. Provide service excellence to our customers; by being detailed, offering solutions to situations and being responsive to changing situation.
- Take responsibility for the adoption and improvement of Computacenter’s best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service. Advise employees and line managers on how they can best use our Employee Enablement processes
- At least 2 years’ experience in supporting development and implementation of initiatives in projects
- You have experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area
- You are fluent in English, additional German or French knowledge is an advantage
- You have a very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PP, SharePoint, Success Factors knowledge is an advantage
- Able to pay attention to details and show excellent accuracy with data and complex information supplied to you
- Strong in project coordination / basic PM skills, Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills, ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- You have a structured approach to your work, organised and plan to make sure your work is focused, and details are not missed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the learning and development field
- Able to collaborate with internal and external teams, and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule
