Job Title: Field Sales Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our healthcare team as a Field Sales Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, generating leads for our Nutrition and Lifestyle Management Program, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and eager to start their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management:

- Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote our ‘Nutrition and Lifestyle Management’ programs
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Generate leads by promoting our programs to doctors and clinics.

2. Service Promotion:

- Conduct program presentations, explaining the benefits and features of our healthcare services.
- Provide doctors with relevant promotional materials and samples, ensuring they are well-informed about the company's offerings.

3. Market Research and Feedback:

- Gather insights from doctors about their needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to refine strategies and offerings.

4. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions with doctors, lead generation activities, and sales progress.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team.

5. Compliance:

- Ensure all sales activities adhere to the company's ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Marketing MBA will have preference. Any Graduate degree can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
