We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** to join our Sales team. The primary responsibility is to connect daily with working professionals and guide them toward upskilling opportunities through our UG/PG programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals daily from the leads/database available on LeadSquared CRM.
- Provide detailed information about available programs through phone calls, video counseling, or in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students by effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily deliverables along with weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from cold-calling to final enrollment closures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or counseling roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive relationship with prospects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
