Tele Calling Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients using a prepared script to promote products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their queries and providing relevant information about the products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Record and maintain accurate information about leads and customer interactions in the database.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a good understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals. Strive to achieve individual and team objectives.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the management team on customer reactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of calls, including customer details, feedback, and outcomes.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and telemarketing guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and achievement of overall organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice. Proficiency in multiple languages may be an advantage.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Target-oriented**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible in approach.
- **Positive Attitude**: Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
