Our made-in-India toys help the lil’ ones grasp the fundamentals of science as they build, break, experiment, tinker, and learn through play. Our toys run on STEAM, powering the engine of the mind. STEAM as in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and create art and craft toys that inspire creativity in children of ages 4 to 8 years.

**Roles and Responsibilites**

Conduct Market Research to understand user behavior and competitors.
Conceptualize ideas that align with the brand and can turn into high selling items.
Create quick mockups for validations from users and internal teams.
Create refined user friendly products that pass Quality and safety standards.
Test designs with target users and derive objective actionable insights.
Create technically correct files for production.
Explore new materials and processes whenever necessary.
Hustle with Production and Procurement team to get the materials and processes in place.
Launch good quality products as per pre-defined Launch Plan.
Optimize and organize workflow to reduce development TATs.
Collaborate with other stakeholders for a smooth workflow.

**Skills**
Should be able to understand user's needs.
Should have mechanical knowledge to create the designs.
Must have Technical Skills - Proficient with 3D modeling softwares preferably Solidworks or Fusion 360
Good to have Technical Skills - Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator, Keyshot Actively seek out user feedback.
Should test without bias, objectively.
Should design to meet the cost constraints.
Should respect committed timelines.
Should communicate clearly.
Data-backed decision making Process-driven Attention to details and ability to prioritize. Takes initiatives and Growth attitude
Ability to use digital tools to optimize the workflow
Excellent written and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
