**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payments and Staff Coordinator, located in Gurugram. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day assistance to the sales team, managing customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, and providing administrative support. They will also be responsible for payment collection.
**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills, Communication, and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in the ophthalmic equipment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
