**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients (primarily U.S.based).
- Provide accurate information about services, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by team leads or managers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow and timely resolution of issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in an international call center or voice process is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,121.22 - ₹23,260.59 per month
