**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with international clients, and delivering user-centric digital experiences. You’ll work across teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Ownership**: Lead UI/UX projects from concept to delivery with mínimal supervision.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with international clients; build strong relationships.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and follow a structured design process.
- **Collaboration & Innovation**: Contribute to internal projects, bring fresh ideas, and support process improvements.
- **Mentorship**: Guide junior designers and help build a strong design culture.
- **Marketing Support**: Contribute to case studies, blogs, and webinars.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with design trends and tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and user-first approach
- Experience with Agile is a plus

**Location Requirement**: Must be able to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
