1. Responsible for the Employee Transport Response / Command Centre operations during the shift.

2. Handle any inbound calls as the 1st escalation point

3. Support and guide the team in their tasks to ensure laid down SOPs and guidelines are being adhered to.

4. Monitor Security Alerts dashboard to ensure all alarms are being responded to within the SLA and act as the 1st level of escalation in case of SLA miss.

6. Ensure all incidents are responded to as per defined SOP and reported in a timely manner.

7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other stake holders to ensure Response / Command Centre operations are executed as defined.

8. Prepare / review all reports, dashboards and MIS for completeness, accuracy & correctness before its published and ensure timeliness.

9. Extend any support to ET Operations team to manage any BCP situations, accidents or incidents on a best effort basis.

10. Ensure all actions as per the Safe Reach confirmation guideline is followed for all applicable locations.

11. Maintain close coordination with Security Control Centre and ensure high level of situational awareness of the team at all times.

12. Planning the shifts of team members based on business requirement and operational dynamics.

13. Should be comfortable to work in shifts and from alternate locations within the city based on business requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
