**Job Description: School Bus Driver**
**Location**: GD Goenka Public School, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata
**Position**: Bus Driver
**Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**
- Safely transport students to and from school and designated locations.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Maintain a safe and disciplined environment on the bus, adhering to school policies and safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents to the school administration promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and school transportation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Must possess a valid and current heavy vehicle driving license.
- A minimum of **2 years of professional experience driving buses** is required, preferably in a school or similar setup.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Physically fit and able to handle the responsibilities of the job.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with students, parents, and staff.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with managing student behavior during transit.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with routes in and around Bangur Avenue, Kolkata.

**Compensation**
- **Pay will be decided based on experience and qualifications.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
