Job Title: Driver cum Office Boy

Reports to: HR

Location: 151, Sarat Chatterjee Rd, Parnasree Palli, Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal 700060

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Driver cum Office Boy to provide driving services and assist with various office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving Responsibilities:
1. Safely transport staff, visitors, and goods in the company vehicle.

2. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance.

3. Follow traffic rules and regulations.

4. Manage fuel consumption and log records.

Office Responsibilities:
1. Assist with front desk operations (receiving calls, welcoming visitors).

2. Perform errands (courier services, banking, etc.).

3. Maintain office supplies and inventory.

4. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing.

5. Support other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid driving license.

2. Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

5. Basic computer knowledge.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
