Responsibilities Cleaning: Keep the office, pantry, and washrooms clean Organization: Maintain order in the office Filing: Assist with filing documents Photocopying: Assist with photocopying documents Delivering documents: Deliver documents within the office Setting up meetings: Help set up meeting rooms and prepare for meetings Serving refreshments: Arrange and serve refreshments during meetings and events Managing supplies: Manage office supplies and monitor their usage Disposal: Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable material Equipment maintenance: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment Running errands: Run errands such as delivering messages or purchasing office supplies Skills and qualities Good organizational skills Ability to multitask Basic literacy and numeracy skills Punctuality and reliability Strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
