Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital brand marketing communication for traffic & lead generation

Drive digital media spends for, to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns

Oversee paid search, display, and social initiatives on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms.

Set-up and aggressively optimize high-volume paid campaigns.

Planning and delivering user acquisition campaigns that include Google ad words, Search Engine marketing, PPC, Social Media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube

Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts

Builds dashboards to track metrics for acquisition, engagement, retention (overall, by channel - own site, designer channels, influencer, third party, by geography, by cohort) and helps adapt immediate content, sales priorities to drive our growth goals

Tracks customer/patron movement across the funnel and product lifecycle, to help identify user insights which will inform our content, product strategy

Knowledge of and practical experience of analytics for key digital metrics to understand campaign performance and optimisation (e.g., use of HotJar, Optimizely)

Able to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey.

Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Define most important KPIs to track and measure

Define different KPIs for different channels

Developing and maintaining data and reporting processes

Good English Language Skills are a Must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
