**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote KOSMIQA®'s services.
- Understand client needs and provide information on relevant services and products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and sales performance.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
