**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Create and refine branding assets, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Develop motion graphics and animations for digital platforms as needed.
- Optimize designs for web performance and cross-platform compatibility.
- Maintain consistency across all creative outputs in line with client brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Experience creating designs for social media, websites, and print.
- Ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with Canva or other quick-design tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
