**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop creative assets for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, web banners, presentations, and more.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to produce high-quality designs.
- Perform color grading, artwork editing, and typography selection to enhance overall visual appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency of color theory and design elements across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Proficiency in layout design, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of color grading, artwork editing, and composition techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
