We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** who understands how design impacts SEO and user experience.

**Job Summary**:
As our Graphic Designer focused on SEO, you'll be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics that support our content and help improve search visibility, user engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with our content, SEO, and web teams to produce on-brand, optimized graphics across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design custom graphics for blog posts, landing pages, infographics, social media, and other digital assets
- Create visually compelling featured images and visuals optimized for search and social sharing
- Collaborate with the SEO/content team to ensure designs support keyword strategies and content goals
- Optimize images for web performance (file size, naming conventions, alt text, etc.)
- Help maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all content
- Work within a CMS (like WordPress) to upload and format images and visual elements
- Keep up with design and SEO trends to improve creative output and performance

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or content marketing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva Pro)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how design influences search rankings
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive layouts
- Knowledge of image optimization techniques (file types, compression, alt tags, etc.)
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience creating data-driven infographics or interactive content
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics
- Video editing or motion graphics skills
