Sales Director

**Role Summary**:
Mad4Detailing is seeking a proactive and persuasive Indiamart Response Executive to convert inbound leads into business orders via the Indiamart platform. The role requires speed, responsiveness, and strong communication to close B2B sales with garages, studios, and automobile businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all Indiamart enquiries within 15 minutes during business hours.
- Share price lists, catalogue, product kits, and offers as per lead profile.
- Maintain CRM system with lead status, follow-ups, and closure notes.
- Coordinate with Ops team for sample dispatch, payment tracking, and GST invoices.
- Report weekly conversion metrics, key account growth, and repeat orders.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience with Indiamart, Udaan, TradeIndia, or B2B telesales.
- Familiarity with car care products or auto accessory categories is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Speed and clarity in communication
- Confidence to handle price negotiation and first-level objections
- Structured reporting and data entry accuracy
- Proactive customer engagement and conversion-driven mindset

**Compensation**:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on conversion, order value, and retention
