**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the content and marketing team to design visually compelling assets, content, and site updates and refreshes for our websites.
- Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach
- Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards
- Become a key stakeholder in the strategic development of innovative digital projects, site improvements, and campaigns
- Monitor and manage the workflow of design projects to deliver to deadline
- Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, as well as the key market trends, new regulations, and developments
- Manage and take responsibility for the design team workload, carefully planning tasks, monitoring execution, managing expectations, and communicating with the wider business
- Coach and give feedback to junior members of the team to develop and grow expertise
- Design internal digital communication materials and presentations to support the wider business needs on an ad hoc basis

**Skills Required**:

- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, etc.)
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
- Designing of Pamphlets, Posters & Banners
- Should have good knowledge of Corel Draw
