**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**:

- Design visuals for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram posts, Facebook ads, LinkedIn banners).
- Develop digital assets such as website graphics, infographics, and blog images.
- Create UI/UX designs for landing pages and digital marketing campaigns.

2. **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and uphold the company’s brand identity across all design projects.
- Ensure that every piece of visual content aligns with the brand’s voice and style guide.
- Adapt designs for various platforms while retaining consistency.

3. **Marketing Collateral**:

- Design layouts for eBooks, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external use.

4. **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts.
- Assist in planning and executing visual strategies for digital marketing campaigns.

5. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

6. **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a design library of assets for easy access and reusability.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
