**What You'll Do**
You will be playing a role handling Facilities Management & Operational Support for all office administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as attendance, scheduling appointments, and maintaining vendor records
- Coordinating and arranging gate pass and meeting rooms for employees and management.
- Providing support by identifying vendors, purchasing material & office supplies for day to day functioning of business & employee needs
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed
- Providing support to EX & Employees in all their engagement & people initiatives
- Managing the company's office facilities and ensuring that they are well-maintained and equipped with necessary resources at all times
- Provide support with the pre-onboarding & onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our people. This includes arranging & shipment of IT assets & other resources that a person needs to perform their job from day 1
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and management as needed. Work closely with the travel partner whenever necessary.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers, such as IT support, ID cards, Insurance, Logistics, Hotels, Banks.
- Taking care of the arrangements for Companywide events, Activities, Festival events at the office etc.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for management on the facilities, resource utilization & administrative activities
- Being the point of contact for all employees for any office/facilities related queries.
- Helping with the coordination of employee training and development programs by making necessary arrangements in terms of logistics & venue
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Any Graduate with 5 to 7 years of experience in office administration and facilities management role for any IT company
- Very good communication skills both spoken and written
- Should be able to collaborate with different stakeholders & people from different locations
- Should be well versed with English, Telugu & Hindi languages. If he/she can speak/read/write Tamil will be an advantage
- Must have experience in providing support to Hybrid teams and multiple locations with-in India
