MAJOR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- To Monitor all Equipments and Machineries every morning and ensure avoiding Production Loss due to Breakdown.
- To attend Breakdown Maintenance immediately
- To allot the required personnel to attend the Breakdown immediately.
- To Plan periodical Preventive Maintenance and ensure the plan are followed.
- To Maintain Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Records and report it to the Director.
- To ensure that production is not delayed due to Breakdown.
- To monitor the Equipment condition and raise Indent for spares immediately to avoid production loss.
- To study and report the Director the expenses incurred due to replacement of spares and its life time.
- To maintain discipline in the Department.
- To inform the Director regarding any indiscipline among the workers.
- To maintain all necessary Records.
- To maintain Attendance Records.
- To inform Supervisors regarding possible Breakdown of Equipments to prevent any major Breakdown.
- To maintain Calibration if required.
- To attend meetings as planed and share all relevant information
- To maintain and follow ISO Precedures and Documents
- To any other responsibilities as given by the Director

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- To maintain the Equipments in good condition.
- To ensure the performance of Machineries to contain production loss.
- To maintain quality in all activities.
- Manage man power.
- **PERSON SPECIFICATION**

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

- DEE/DME with “C”-Certificate in Electrical Competency.

EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Maintenance Department.

ESSENTIALS
- Maintenance of Electrical Equipments like Crane, Furnace and other Foundry Equipment..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
